As for scanlations, VK Scans still has no update so yeah. :) Let us patiently wait! :)

Hello~ u have a nice VK fansite ^_^ I had a VK community fansite as well, made around October 2006 [i hope u stumbled upon it ^^] but then i have to go under a hiatus and my host shut down ToT [it was the first VK fansite ever ;__; *cries*]. But im opening it back up sometime this month or next month. If u want we could be site partners ^^ keep up the site =D
